At our exclusive stores, items in sizes 00m, 0m, and 3 months can be exchanged within 180 days 👶. All other items can be exchanged within 45 days.
Important: Fragrances, socks, hair accessories, pacifier holders, and shirt bows cannot be exchanged 🚫.
Products must be in the same condition in which they were delivered: unused, with their original packaging, wrapping, and hangtags in good condition. 🏷️
You may exchange the product for another size or choose any other item from the brand, subject to stock availability. If the price difference is in your favor, you may use it as partial payment toward another product. Cash refunds are not available. 💵
If the price difference is in favor of the brand, you will need to pay the difference to receive the higher-priced product. 💲

Please note that exchange policies at multi-brand stores may vary depending on the retailer 🛒. We cannot guarantee exchanges at non-exclusive stores.

The shipping cost for the first exchange will be covered by Magdalena Esposito if your purchase exceeds ARS 20,000 💸. We use Correo Andreani for returns 📮.
Yes, but returns are only accepted for purchases made through our online store 🌐. Items purchased in person cannot be returned at our physical stores.
You may return any item purchased through our online store within 30 days of receiving your order, free of charge, provided that the total purchase amount exceeds ARS 20,000. 🛍️

Returns will only be accepted if the products meet the following conditions:
They are in their original condition 🆕, with all corresponding tags and packaging.
If you purchased products as part of a 3-for-2 or 2-for-1 promotion, you must return all items included in the promotion 🛒.
Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the purchase (e.g., Mercado Pago) 💳. Magdalena Esposito will process the refund within 24 business hours. However, depending on the payment method, it may take up to 44 days for the funds to appear in your account 💼.
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, the process will be similar to an exchange, but MAGDALENA ESPOSITO will cover all shipping costs 📦.
